Restored and tastefully renovated to a very high standard, designed for comfort and privacy. Being newly renovated 2009 and being part of the Old Tabac Barn.
Although both our gites share the same courtyard, we have maintained privacy for each gite, by being separated by another part of our property.
La Parcelle Ronce has its own outside seating area with Gas BBQ, garden furniture, loungers and sunshade and is screened by Laurel hedge on two sides and looks out onto the garden with a lovely view of the village.
The accommodation which is all on one level, has a galley kitchen being fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and leads into a beautiful light and airy lounge/dining room all tastefully and comfortably furnished with large windows looking out onto the garden.
La Parcelle Ronce has electric heating and wood burning stove, Satellite TV and CD player
The Large double bedroom has two windows (fitted with Insect screens) overlooking your private seating area and the garden, and is furnished with large wardrobe, bedside tables, and dressing table, and leads into the on suite shower room comprising WC, multi jet shower, sink and vanity unit.
The Showroom which is fully tiled comprises WC, Sink and Vanity Unit, Multi Jet Shower and Hair Dryer.

Both our gites have electric heating and log burners, should the weather prove inclement and are ideal for summer holidays or longer out of season letting, although the logs are free there would be an additional charge for electrical heating during winter months (Nov – Mar).

All prices are per week, arrival Saturday from 1700 to 2000, and departure by 10am Saturday To ensure that you reserve the house for your preferred time, a booking deposit of 20% is payable with your confirmation of reservation letter. The full balance, including the damage deposit is payable 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
The damage deposit is £200, and will be refunded when the keyholder confirms that the house and contents are in the same condition as at the start of your holiday. Should you cancel more than 3 months before the holiday time,
your booking deposit will be returned less 10% for administration costs.
The price quoted is inclusive of electricity and gas.
